The course discuses and analyses cases of private wrong ( or criminal wrong) whether listed within the framework of the penal law or lies outside it: crimes related to internet and computer, tax and import duty, public road traffic, drug and narcotics, intellectual property, election to an office, bribery, fraud and embezzlement, money laundering, infecting and spreading of HIV, reproductive cloning etc.
